Company Development History

In 2007,the company was established.
In 2008,the world's first waste oil decolorization and purification integrated machine (ZTS) was launched, and the first patent was authorized.
By the end of 2009, the first invention patent was authorized.
In 2010, the company received the first national innovation fund (800,000 yuan), and was promoted to a national key cultivation enterprise for intellectual property rights.
In 2011, it was certified as a national high-tech enterprise.
In 2012, it won the first Chongqing industry science and technology achievement title, and the first DTS multi-functional decolorization and purification integrated machine was launched.
In 2013, the DTS multi-functional decolorization and purification integrated machine was awarded the title of key new product, and the first generation tower distillation equipment was launched, exporting to Vietnam.
In 2014, the first electromagnetic eddy current heating waste oil regeneration distillation device was launched, a first in the industry.

For example, processing 10 tons of waste oil per day:

1. From 10 tons of waste oil, 95% of base oil (or diesel) is flocculated out, amounting to 9.5 tons, while 5% of oil sludge amounts to 0.5 tons. The 5% oil sludge (0.5 tons) can be further refined into 70% base oil, amounting to 0.35 tons; carbon accounts for 29%, i.e., 0.145 tons; 1% non-condensable gas.

1) Number 0 oil: 9.5 + 0.35 = 9.85 tons * 7400 yuan/ton = 72890 yuan Or - 35 oil:9.85 tons * 9000 yuan/ton = 88650 yuan

3) Non-condensable gas: natural gas, recovering heat energy
